Welcome to Sister X, a cleaning marketplace platform connecting clients with professional cleaners (“Service Providers” or “Contractors”). By accessing or using our platform, website, or mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, booking services, or offering services on Sister X, you agree to: Abide by these Terms and Conditions Follow all applicable laws and regulations Maintain honesty, professionalism, and safety in all interactions Sister X reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 2. Account Registration

3. Independent Contractor Agreement
Cleaners or service providers on Sister X operate as independent contractors. By registering as a service provider, you agree that: You are not an employee of Sister X and are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and licensing. You control how services are delivered and are responsible for the quality of work. Sister X does not provide benefits, salary, or equipment. You are solely responsible for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your services.
4. Service Agreement
When a client books a cleaner through Sister X: The cleaner agrees to provide the requested services professionally, safely, and on time. The client agrees to provide access, accurate service details, and payment for services via the Platform. Sister X acts as a facilitator for the booking and is not a party to the service contract between client and cleaner. Disputes should first be addressed directly between the client and cleaner. Sister X may assist in mediation but is not liable for outcomes.
5. Payments and Fees
All payments for services are processed through Sister X using secure third-party payment gateways. Service fees, platform commissions, and applicable taxes are outlined during booking. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, collections, or legal action.
6. Liability Waiver
By using Sister X: Clients acknowledge that Sister X is not responsible for damages, losses, theft, or personal injuries that may occur during or after service. Cleaners assume responsibility for their work and any associated risks. Users agree to resolve disputes, damages, or claims directly or through their insurance providers. Sister X disclaims all liability for negligence, misconduct, or unsatisfactory service by cleaners.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users and cleaners must not: Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities Harass, abuse, or threaten other users Submit false reviews or manipulate ratings Attempt to bypass the Platform’s booking or payment system Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Sister X or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Privacy
Sister X collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
